Annual Enrollment

Annual Enrollment is a designated period of time that allows associates to enroll or make changes to their benefits outside of their new hire window and without a Qualifying Life Event. At Ulta Beauty, Annual Enrollment runs each summer for benefits effective September 1st through August 31st.

2026 Annual Enrollment is open 7/15/2026 - 7/30/2026 for the 9/1/2026 - 8/31/2027 benefits plan year.

If you experience a Qualifying Life Event you may be eligible to make changes outside of the Annual Enrollment window. Please visit the How to Enroll section of this website to learn more about Qualifying Life Events.

Dependent Verification Audit

Ulta Beauty is conducting a Dependent Verification Audit (DVA) from July 15–30, 2026. This is a periodic review to confirm that dependents currently enrolled in our benefits plans are still eligible for coverage. The verification audit helps maintain the overall integrity of our benefits program.
