What is Annual Enrollment?
During Annual Enrollment, associates have the opportunity to change their benefit elections (add, drop, or change). Ulta Beauty holds Annual Enrollment in July for a September 1 effective date.

Can I make changes to my benefit elections at other times during the year?
You can only make changes during Annual Enrollment unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.

What is a Qualifying Life Event?
A Qualifying Life Event (QLE) is a change in your personal circumstances that allows you to update your benefits outside of your new hire enrollment period or Annual Enrollment. Common examples include marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, or guardianship of child, death, gaining or losing other coverage. Any benefit changes must be directly related to the life event and you have 30 days from the event date to make changes.

What if my classification changes (full-time to part-time or part-time to full-time)?
If you experience a change in status, you should log into the bswift benefits enrollment portal at ultabenefits.bswift.com within 30 days to see how your benefits will be affected.
