• Associate Assistance Program

  Ulta Beauty’s Associate Assistance Program, through Unum, provides associates with access to a Licensed Professional Counselor who can help with your family building journey.

  Contact the AAP to find resources for coping with infertility, breastfeeding, finding childcare, parenting resources, mental health and postpartum support for you and your family members.

• Fertility & Family Planning

  Eligibility: All Ulta Beauty associates enrolled in BCBSIL medical plan

  Provider: Maven

  Maven is a digital health clinic that connects you with top-rated healthcare providers from home and includes access to the below, all at NO cost to you.

  Virtual Appointments: Book video visits with general health, mental health, nutrition, physical support, sexual health, or family medicine specialists.

  Live & On-Demand Classes: Drop into live or access on-demand sessions covering topics like Fertility 101, Childbirth Education, Breastfeeding 101, Infant CPR, How to Manage Stress and Anxiety, and Maven 101: Ask a Care Advocate Anything.

  Community Forum: Browse health topics or post your own questions to get direct answers from Maven practitioners.

  Ulta Beauty's medical plans include coverage for fertility treatments. Details of those treatment coverages can be found in the BCBS medical booklets found in the bswift enrollment portal.

• Adoption, fostering, and surrogacy support

  Ulta Beauty provides a $15,000 reimbursement to assist with the cost of adoption, foster, or surrogacy of a child. Additional details about this benefit can be found on the UltaNet>Policies.

• Parental Leave Pay

  Eligibility: All full-time associates with 6 or more continuous months of service with Ulta Beauty on an approved leave of absence to bond with the child.

  Provider: Unum
