If you’re enrolled in the HSA Medical Plan, you can save pre-tax dollars to pay for qualified medical expenses for you and your family by using a Health Savings Account (HSA).

• All associates enrolled in the HSA Medical Plan are automatically signed up for a Health Savings Account. You must verify your identity with HealthEquity before your account is active.

• Ulta Beauty contributes: $500/plan year for individual coverage or $1,000/plan year if you cover dependents, deposited quarterly.

• Plan year: September 1 – August 31.

• You can contribute: Up to $4,300/plan year for individual or up to $8,550/year for family coverage, spread across remaining paychecks in the plan year. Age 55+ can contribute an additional $1,000/plan year.

You’ll get a HealthEquity debit card to use your HSA funds like a regular account. See eligible expenses at healthequity.com/hsa-qme.
