  Virtual Physical Therapy

  If you have a new injury, chronic pain, or everyday aches and pains, Hinge Health provides a personalized digital physical therapy program you can complete from home. This includes: Personalized exercise therapy designed by licensed physical therapists Support for back, knee, hip, neck, shoulder, and joint pain A dedicated physical therapist to help set goals and track progress Ongoing support through text, email, phone, or video chat Convenient exercises that can be completed from home

• Nurse Question Line

  Eligibility: Associates enrolled in an Ulta Beauty BCBS medical plan

  Provider: BCBSIL

  BCBSIL offers a 24/7 Nurse Line that provides access to registered nurses who can answer health-related questions and help you determine the most appropriate level of care, whether that's the emergency room, urgent care, or your doctor's office.

  The Nurse Line can also assist with questions regarding asthma, headaches, cuts and burns, back pain, a baby's persistent crying, diabetes, sore throats, high fevers, and many other health concerns.

• Virtual Urgent Dental Care

  Eligibility: Associates enrolled in an Ulta Beauty BCBS dental plan

  Provider: BCBSIL

  If an urgent dental issue occurs after hours or when your own dentist is unavailable, you can schedule a virtual dental visit. A virtual dentist can address tooth pain, prescribe medication until you can get into your dentist, or assess trauma like a chipped tooth.

  Call 866-256-2054 and you'll be connected to a dentist via video within 10-15 minutes. The visit will be paid the same as if you were visiting your dentist office for the same service. if you need follow-up care, the virtual provider can send a report of your virtual visit to your dentist or even help find a dentist if you don't have one.

• Hawaii Virtual Mental Health

  Eligibility: Hawaii associates enrolled in an HMSA medical plan
